Welcome to Influencer Marketplace ("the Platform", "we", "us"), operated by Gujarati TV, Rajkot Gujarat India.
1. About the Platform
We are an online marketplace that connects brands and businesses ("Buyers") with content creators/influencers ("Creators"). We facilitate discovery, bookings, campaigns and secure payments. We are not a party to the actual content services agreed between Buyers and Creators.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity on your account. Creators must be genuine and may be asked for KYC verification. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Bookings & Escrow
When a Buyer books a Creator (or accepts a campaign application), the payment is held securely by our payment partner in escrow. Funds are released to the Creator only after the Buyer approves the delivered work, or automatically after the review window if the Buyer does not respond (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).
4. Payments & Fees
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We charge a platform commission on completed bookings, disclosed at booking time. Creators receive their net amount via manual payout after completion and KYC verification.
5. Content & Conduct
Creators are responsible for delivering the agreed deliverables and for the legality and originality of their content. Buyers must provide clear briefs. Harassment, fraud, off-platform circumvention of payments, and illegal content are prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
Rights in delivered content are as agreed between Buyer and Creator in the brief. The Platform's own branding and software remain our property.
7. Disputes
If a Buyer is dissatisfied, they must raise a formal dispute with a reason and evidence within the review window. Our team reviews the brief and the delivered work and decides fairly (release, refund, or partial). See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
We provide the Platform "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts of Buyers or Creators, or for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Changes & Governing Law
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the courts of [City], Gujarat.
